Everest Capital Management is a private equity firm created to attain multifamily assets and make them available to busy professionals who want to build wealth and passive income through tax-advantaged real estate. Paul Stafford and Miranda Phillips are the cofounders and are themselves accredited investors in over 8,000 doors and 2,800 doors as general partners.
